Wellness remains the name of the game on the eastern end of Delancey Street by the Williamsburg Bridge.
The former Inokim electric scooter store, which until recently was a wall of mask vending machines, is now a yoga apparel store. It’s called 90-Degree by Reflex and peddles a variety of leggings, shirts, tank tops, bras, and jackets.
Yoga clothes for the new people makes sense given the persistent upscaling of Clinton Street over the last several years.
Meanwhile, the retail turnover of late at this one-story strip (156-164 Delancey) seems to suggest that redevelopment of the property is still on the horizon. Yet doesn’t change the fact that the assemblage sold for $14 million (November 2019), and stands to gain handsomely from Essex Crossing one block south.
