Discover the benefits of a whole-body practice without rushing through

postures by combining slow flow and yin yoga. You will focus on the

sensations in the body as well as calming the mind through mindful

movement, breath and centering techniques. This is designed to help

those new to yoga practice and those who have mobility challenges or

are experiencing injury recovery. Open to all levels.
