Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga class focusing on pranayama, meditation, and proper alignment in asana. Introducing basic backbends, twists, and beginner inversions through gentle flow of asanas to building strength, flexibility, and balance as well as improving concentration.

Join Yogitha for a class every Monday from 9 to 10 am in the Dance Studio (PEC 241)!

This class is suitable for and potentially challenging for all levels; it can be taken as easily or deeply as one’s body demands on a given day.
