Rob Dyrdek spares no expense on maintaining his healthy lifestyle.

The 46-year-old “Ridiculousness” star, whose foray into crystals and clean living have inspired his venture studio Dyrdek Machine’s mission, took Page Six inside his home and gave his best tips — with the help of his two kids — for maintaining positive energy at all times.

Every day, Dyrdek gets into his one-person Somadome ($14,500) to complete a guided meditation, though he admits the compact spaceship-looking device isn’t necessary and that any free video will do.

“I just try to think of all the things I want to happen. It’s really a guided manifestation meditation. … It even makes kids really smart and have superpowers,” he joked.

The former pro skateboarder also emphasized the importance of the “health of your brain” through diet and exercise and suggested his Mindright superfood bars and … reading.

“You know another really important thing that you’re going to do one day for your mind, it’s read,” Dyrdek said, before pointing out his favorite book, “Principles” by Ray Dalio.

Lastly, Dyrdek showed off his massive citrine crystals that he told Page Six have provided him with an “extraordinary explosion of wealth.”

“Ever since I got this, my life has changed, son,” he said to his son. “I’ve become extraordinarily wealthy and above all I got great love because I have a child like you. You are the ultimate in abundance.”

Dyrdek previously told Page Six that his entire approach to health and wellness has helped him expand his company.

“I believe your life is this beautiful rhythm, and you have to basically design that rhythm around your energy,” he explained. “You have to be hyper aware of your energy. … [These bars] add another tool to the tool box to have you work sharper, higher level for longer periods of time rather than just going to a coffee.”
