Join us via Zoom as Chopra Center certified instructor Stephanie Frantz teaches you a simple mindfulness meditation technique and a stress-buster breathing exercise to relax and increase your overall sense of wellbeing. Explore the benefits of developing a regular meditation practice to improve health, strengthen the immune system and release stress and anxiety.This program is provided in the Zoom Meeting format so that you may better engage and interact with the presenter and other participants.
